Card Access

Card Access Systems

Card Access systems provide you with control over who and when someone can enter a secured area.  Using proximity and card readers the brains (software) of the system is located in either an alarm Control Panel or a standard Computer purchased at a local store.  Depending on the software you can program any number of possible schedules to allow any quantity of users access.

"Cards" and "Fobs" are the keys to the system.  They emit an electronic signal.  When a "Card" or "Fob" is swiped at a reader the electronic readers do just that, they “read” an assigned Code issued by you that identifies the "Card" or "Fob."  This is a process that cannot be duplicated or copied.  Each is a one of a kind original.  Without such a key no one can enter an area that you have chosen to restrict.  (See the picture of a Fob to your right…)

Systems can be simple or complex.  They are always flexible.  You can assign multiple areas and time commands to a card.  The software tracks the user activity.  Records can be kept indefinitely.  Computerized reports will tell you who went where, how often and when.  You can even tell if someone without authority tried to gain access to a restricted area.

The Cards are can be printed on and used for visual identification of the user.  Fobs are more durable and can be attached to your key ring as well as survive the washing machine.

Card Access Systems can be operated as a stand alone or integrated with camera and alarm systems.
